[Another Time]

One of the main reasons this track is my favorite is because of the synthwave at the beginning, it perfectly compliments chiptune because of how much depth it gives to the song, along with the euphoric feeling. Another is how the occasional "beep" and "boop" that plays just reverbs out in a very special way, matching with the beat, it compliment to the music even more.
This also made me think: what if you combined synthwave and chiptune in one song?

it's actually a soundfont using the string sound from "A Link To The Past" and a bunch of sine and triangle sounds combined together using a lot of effects making it sound more "synthwave" as you put it. Thank you for the nice review! Been doing some tracks like that but nothing i have uploaded yet :)

I never said there was synthwave in the song xd, if you say it from the cover it is because it makes sense of the title of the song "Nostalgic", but thanks anyway lol

[Lutt - Dire Docks]

I have played a similar type of game and this definitely brought back some super mario vibes from this song. You definitely could try remixing the super mario galaxy music.

anyone can!! hone your technical skills (imitation of artists you already enjoy helps at this stage), then form intricate creative and emotional connections with your music. it may take a super long time depending on how devoted you are to it (or luck), and it may be filled with loads of self-doubt, but if you push through that it's super worth it :)
